Client needed a way for internal staff to build a content repository that was easy to maintain but didn't really on any proprietary CMS or templating tool. I set up a file-based system that used XML content to drive the site. Users reported enjoying maintaining and building the site, as content could be added in a straightforward, self-evident way by just editing the XML file.
